ASK A KABABAYAN:
"My dad extended his vacation in the Phils & I need to mail his prescription meds. Can I use USPS?"

Yes, you can. (Heh.)

You can use the US Post Office's Express Mail International flat rate ($25.95), which is pretty reliable. I've been using it, and so far, so good. You get a tracking number and you can log online to be notified via e-mail once it's received. I tried using their Global Express service to send a small package once and it flopped - the package was returned to me because of a zip code snafu.
